Morgon Côte du Py
Tasting
Our Morgon Côte du Py comes from very old south-east facing plots that are rich in schist, decomposed granite and hard blue stone, set at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level. The wine is aged in old oak barrels, called “demi-muids 500L”, located in the underground of our building, for 12 months to allow it to complete and round out.
Service
Our Morgon Côte du Py is ideal to serve with game birds, poultry, and certain cheeses.
To enjoy it at its best, open the bottle ahead of time or decant it.
