Beaujolais white Terre Rouge

Tasting

With its shiny gold color, our white Beaujolais associates a fresh, discreet and melted woody nose, with a mineral touch. The palate is lemony, smooth and fat, following a 100% aging in oak barrels. We work with barrels between 5 and 10 years old in order to preserve the aromatic complexity of our white Beaujolais. This cuvée comes from our plot located at a place called Terrain Rouge from a limestone clay soil and a subsoil composed of deep schistose alterites, facing southwest, being one of the best terroirs for the development of a Chardonnay in the Beaujolais region.

Service

Serve between 10–12°C. Ideal as an aperitif or even with a meal, it will go beautifully with shellfish, poultry, or goat’s cheese.
